($70 + $10 user fee1 + park membership fee2)

1User fees are a result of Oshawa City Councel's decision to tax house league programs in Oshawa. These fees are NOT part of Oshawa N.A.S.C. Summer Sports usual registration fee.
2Connaught Park membership fee remains at $5.00 for the 2012 season. This is a 'per family' fee; not charged per child.
Other parks may charge more or less for their park membership. This will be reflected on registration day.
ON REGISTRATION DAY REMEMBER:
You will need to bring your childs Birth Certificate as proof of age, along with your Driver's License as proof of residency. Park boundaries will be strictly enforced.
Remember that teams are formed based on sign-up -- first come, first placed on team.
POST DATED CHEQUES : Children will not be placed on Teams until Post Dated cheques have been processed.
NEW TAX CREDIT : Our Registration form is the official receipt you will receive to claim the Tax Credit on your 2012 taxes. Please ensure you retain this copy in a safe place, as duplicates may not be available after the season ends. (All forms bearing personal-confidential information are shredded at the end of the season to ensure yours and your childs information is protected.)
